Our Concealed Carry training is sharp and on target. We provide real-life scenarios and hands-on training. Falcon's instructors are NRA certified professionals that provide advanced CCW training for any individual.
Effective March 23, 2015, Ohio now only requires an 8-hour classroom and 2-hour range time for a CCW permit. Our daytime classes can now be held in an 8-hour period with range time on a later date. Our evening classes are divided into two 4-hour sessions with range time scheduled on another date. Our class times are flexible, so contact our office for other dates/times that are available.

Effective June 12, 2022, Ohio's new Constitutional Carry Law will allow adults 21 years of age or older, who are legally permitted to own firearms, to carry a concealed firearm without a permit. It also eliminates mandatory firearms training and background check requirements. The new law also removes the requirements for gun owners to tell police they are armed.
One thing you must remember is that there are many stipulations that come along with this law. One of them is the reciprocity factor. If you enter another state that accepts Ohio's concealed carry permits, you must have that permit to carry in their state. Just because Ohio no long requires a CCW permit, doesn't mean that the state you are entering also does not require that permit. So, you must be very cautious and well educated about where you are carrying without the proper credentials. As a gun owner/carrier, you MUST be knowledgeable about ALL aspects of the new law. You can read the law by searching Senate Bill 215 on the Internet.
To this, Falcon is now offering a "Safe Gun Handling" course to its list of training classes. This is a 4-hour course held in our classroom at 201 E. Liberty Street, Suite 14, Wooster. There will be no range time associated with this class. The cost is $45 per student and includes a workbook. If you are interested in learning more, give us a call at 330-263-1240.
Classes are now forming. Classes will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. This will hopefully accomodate various working schedules for our students. Contact us to schedule a class that works for your busy schedule.
